THE WAR WAGON (1967)

Despite his being shot, Taw Jackson returns home from prison to find his property and prospects unduly seized by the nefarious Frank Pierce. Teaming up with the man responsible for shooting him 5 years back, Lomax, Jackson strikes a deal with Lomax and together the two set out to reacquire Jackson's fortune from the greedy hands of Pierce; stealing a large gold shipment transported in the infamous "War Wagon".

The cast includes: John Wayne, Keenan Wynn, Robert Walker Jr, Kirk Douglas, Howard Keel, Joanna Barnes, Bruce Cabot, Bruce Dern, and Valora Noland.
