MY FELLOW AMERICANS (1996)

Two former presidents from opposing platforms, Kramer and Douglas, suddenly find themselves reluctant allies when suddenly framed as in a scandal involving current U.S. President Haney.  As the two set on a cross-country adventure in an attempt to uncover the truth behind the cover-up, they are suddenly put face-to-face with the realities of just
how much their political policies affect the citizens of this country.

The great cast is headed by Jack Lemmon, James Garner, and Dan Aykroyd. Other cast members include: John Heard, Wilford Brimley, Everett McGill, Bradley Whitford, and Lauren Bacall.

Director Peter Segal's "My Fellow Americans" is a great comedy dealing with American politics and dirty tricks.
