CHICAGO (2002)

In 1920s Chicago the line between notoriety and celebrity is blurred when wanna-be vaudeville star, Roxie Harts finds she came achieve fame as cabaret star Velma Kelly through her murder trial. An entertaining stint in prison, under the watch of Mama Morton, and the legal guidance of smooth-talking Billy Flynn, Roxie rockets her way to stardom as America's newest "sweetheart," working through the muddy mire of economic depression, scandal, and one very competitive night-life scene. Hart is testament that, in the entertainment industry, "Any press is good press, but bad press is even better."

The great cast includes: Renee Zellweger, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Richard Gere, Queen Latifah; with John C. Reilly, Christine Baranski, and Taye Diggs.
